Yet another acronym q.v. designed to confuse you. This one stands for "Recording Industry Association of America". If you download lots of stuff on your broadband q.v. connection then they may be after you. Luckily for you they will not catch you. The law favours downloading q.v., probably because everyone is doing it, including the RIAA. They may send you an email q.v. filled with empty threats, but with your junk mail filters configured correctly you will not have to read it and can carry on reading adverts for Viagra and penis enlargement operations.
